Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Test is being conducted by Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan (RBSC). A great number of candidates appears in the examination to start their career as a teacher in the various primary and secondary school under the Rajasthan state.Interested and Eligible candidates may apply for this test via online mode before the last date.The candidates who are going to apply for RTET 2016 those keep in mind that after the last date their application will not be accepted by the conducting body.

Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education is going to scheduled the Examination ofRTET 2016 for all of Rajasthan Teachers in the month of December.The main reason behind conducting this Teacher Eligibility Test is to select candidates for various primary teachers.Primary level Examination is conducted as the part I examination and candidates those who have secured pass marks in this level will be given appointment to take classes to all students from standard 1st to 5th. Candidates those who have secured pass marks in Upper Primary Levels of test will be appointed as Upper Primary Level Teachers and they can take classes from standard 1st to 8th

Paper 1- For Class 1 to Class 5

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or)
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (or)
• Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of two year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Paper II- For Class 6 to Class 8

• Graduation and passed or appearing in final of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or)
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) (or)
• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) (or)
• Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education).
